Article 1 - Definitions
The following definitions apply to these general terms and conditions:
Ancillary contract: a contract whereby the consumer acquires products, digital content and/or services in connection with a distance contract and whereby these products, digital content and/or services are supplied by the professional or by a third party on the basis of an agreement between this third party and the professional.
Withdrawal period: period during which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal;
Consumer: natural person who is not acting on behalf of a professional.
