Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, it is. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you can return them within 14 days of receiving them. In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  • The order still contains all the correct parts and components and the packaging has arrived exactly as the product did.
  • Normal handling of the product is evident; breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
  • Products for which hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
  • The product proved to be defective upon receipt.
  • Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  • A return will be processed within 7 working days and, if the conditions are met, the return will be officially recognized within this period.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we believe they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How do I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow the steps below to start the return procedure:

  1. Send an email to: info@liam-toronto.com
  2. Make sure that the email contains the following information:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • Photo of the product in case of breakage
    • Customer's first name + surname
    • Customer's address

We will contact you to provide you with the return address of our warehouse. Please do not return the package to the company's physical address. The shipping costs for returning the product are to be paid by the customer.

Right of withdrawal

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, if he or she is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not primarily related to his or her commercial or professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, received or accepted the last goods. As we work with a fully automated system, orders are fulfilled as soon as they are placed. Consequently, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, which means that a refund is not possible until the goods have been received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Liam Toronto of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by email). The withdrawal is complete when we have received the goods. The buyer is responsible for the return costs.

Registration of shipments in transit

As our goods are shipped from a warehouse in China, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. You can, of course, inform us in advance of your cancellation. To ensure that the return is processed as quickly as possible, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, with the exception of delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received notification of your termination of this contract and receipt of the goods. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise by you; under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund.
